- The next level of initial screening is through Advance which is of same 3 hours duration and covers Problem Solving Ability in Basic Science Subjects with the minimum weightage of 30%.
Coming to the selection procedure concerned student’s performance in the Class XII Board exam will be considered, with the weight age not less than 40 percent of the overall score. The collective weight for ISEET Main and ISEET Advance will not be more than 60 percent; nevertheless, in many cases the weight age given to Board scores can go up to 100 percent. The weight age of XII marks is decided by respective state government and ISEET mains &advance scores on a statistical process.
It is a well organized entrance test to screen the students in the admission process in to IIT’s and NIT’s is going to be held in 128 cities in India. As per the raw stats expected students who take the test would be not less than 12 lacks for the year 2013.The most comprehensive and prestigious entrance exam ISEET is expected to be managed and conducted by the CBSE board of examinations at a central level.
